Parts and accessories are returnable and refundable.

Altered Off-Road must be contacted within 30 days of the product arrival and an RGA# MUST accompany all returns. Goods with out RGA # will be sent back to sender.

An error made on our behalf will receive a 100% refund.

All return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless an error was made on our end.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:

· Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.

· Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.

· Shipping Fees are non-refundable

· All returns must have RGA#

· There are a few non-returnable products &services

· Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment
